LSPDB/Plant:
Leaderless Secretory Protein Database for Plants

In the absence of bona fide leaderless secretory proteins (LSP), the plant LSPDB generates labels for Arabidpopsis thaliana proteins based on two criteria: observation and secretory features.

Proteins in the UNCLASSIFIED catgeory have no secretory features yet have been observed in the apoplastic space or cell wall. They may still be contamination, but are also candidates to be LSPs
